After the resolutions are read and public comment is received, the Board will vote on whether to adopt the resolutions. District members may leave after the vote or remain for the conclusion of the Board meeting.

AMR and AMI technologies can transmit water usage data through radio frequency, cellular networks, or other supported systems, reducing the need for manual, in-person meter readings while improving accuracy and efficiency. These systems may also help identify leaks at individual residences. However, the higher upfront costs will not outweigh the potential savings for both district members and the District. Basic AMR drive-by radio systems are estimated to cost approximately $150–$300 per meter. Potential funding or grant opportunities should be investigated before moving forward.
