Online Bill Payment

If paying Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button.  Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail please send all payments with your payment coupon. Payments to be credited on time must be recieved before the end of the month. Payments over two months behind will result in termination of service with a reconnection charge of $55. Returned checks due to insuffient funds will result in $30 fee per occurence. As a non-profit organization, we need your help by providing timely payments so we may continue providing services for our residents. Call us if you have any questions regarding your bill.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions offer a bill pay service. Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
